The subcontinent quoted as ‘Bharath Varsh’ in various epics, occupies a special place in the global map as an abode of peace and tranquility, for the seekers of salvation through the path of ‘adyathma’. This land of Karma (karmabhoomi) is sanctified through ages through the persevering penance of sages, creating an ambience of divine presence. One such place, which stands unique, is “Sri Guru Parashakti Mutt Marakada”, a suburb of Mangalore, wherein Goddess Parashakthi bestows her devotees ‘abhaya’, through well-revered personality, Sri Narendranath Kotekar.
